Dear Officers,

I placed an order last Friday ,but your company refused my order without any previous notice ,permission or discussion.The reason is very unbelievable and unrealistic .The reason is your company can’t  provide good service to me .Because I bought this trousers last time ,but there are two holes in trousers when I received it ,Then customer service did the refund without returns .I didn’t ask any refund ,but your company did .

But this time your company refuses my new order without any previous notice ,it makes me feel very sick and feel unfair .I bought few orders this year .The customer has the right to report any mistake on cloth by your company law , because the mistake  made by your  company not by customer.Also you company should consider how to improve the service not just block the customer.The mistake doesn’t made by me ,why you refuse me and cancel my order ?Your company violations of consumer rights .
